Coffee first, then time to finish leftovers

1. Coffee with cream now.

Oatmeal with pecans later.

2. Coffee now,

some nice hot oatmeal with dried cranberries, walnuts and a dash of honey later.

3. Left over rib steak cold and in small pieces

coffee two cups with half and half and a piece of toast.

4. Just had two mugs of coffee with soy milk.

My breakfast feast will be a goat cheese/egg English muffin, OJ, fruit smoothie, and a slice of the TJ organic pumpkin power bread with Pnut butter.

5. We both had oatmeal.

with butter. His with syrup, mine with sugar free syrup, salt and a pinch of stevia.

He's been drinking coffee. Only water so far for me.

6. breakfast rice

It was made w/ beef broth (instead of water) and had sausage, onions and peppers. Served a cheesy/over-easy egg on top and a spoonful of green chili salsa on the side.

7. caramel nut decaf

Sliced apple, which I think had a label on it "Gypsy?" Never heard of this apple but it is good, crispy and sweet.

Wheat crackers with spicy Cheddar spread.

8. egg MCmuffin, OJ, and a cup of chai
