He is an expert Hunter and fisherman, but he now confines this TV time in the kitchen. He shows some great country recipes. I’ve tried a few and can attest for his skill.

This is not for cubicle drones. This episode they start off with lard, sausage gravy, then proceed to make crackling biscuits for biscuits and gravy. This episode is hardcore, but not as hardcore when he showed how to dress a deer. With one hand he processed that deer down to useable portions.
