# 6 apples (see link below for what kind of apples are good in this recipe)
# 1 cup water,
# 2 tsp cinnamon
# 1/4 cup brown.sugar
# 1 Tbsp butter
----------- Separately ---------
# 2 Tbsp Cornstarch (mix with 2 Tbsp water)

(it's all thrown into the Instant Pot except the cornstarch which is made separately into a slurry with an equal 2 Tbsp of water. That slurry is mixed in with the rest after the rest has been cooked).

I set the cook timer to 1 minute because I can't set it to 0. High Pressure. Sit time after cooking: zero and do Quick Release.

================================================

I peel the apples (before cooking) - I like it A LOT MORE that way. I save the peelings and refrigerate and have them separately.

Then I core the peeled apples with an apple corer/slicer -- example:

Then I cut the wedges that result in half.

I also had some oatmeal.
