Tuned in here to get some ideas, but wowsa! Pearitos sound intriguing except for the cheese. I bet you need the cheese to pull it together though. I bought chicken breasts this morning because they were on sale @$.79/lb. and I had gone looking for meat specials because I'm now feeding my kitteh a raw meat diet. Not quite exclusively, I do have a case of Fancy Feast, but he's ready and eager to go to a natural cat diet. Besides, I can get the equivalent of 4 cans for $1.90 only the meat is fit for human consumption. His coat is getting silky and he's learning how to be more charming. Sorry I got off on my cat. I'll make the other two breasts for us but I'm not sure how I'll go about it. Have a beautiful Sunday, Lucinda!

I made some spicy, pickled carrots last night. We are going to have that with tuna salad sandwiches on some great bread we picked up yesterday. And I have a hankering for some good chips (or crisps, as DH would say).

And I am thinking of making some cookies!
