Focaccia

Ingredients
Pizza dough
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Freshly grated Parmesan


Directions
Sprinkle a pizza pan with flour or corn meal. Then roll out the dough and place on the pan. Brush with olive oil, add spices and cheese and bake in a 375° oven for about 25 minutes or until the focaccia is golden brown. Slice and serve.

Particularly after making some extraordinarily complex dishes over the holidays.

A lot of my cooking is on the simple side. That's not to say I can't cook more complex dishes. Part of it is I'm often too lazy to type up a more complex recipe.

I've also made it with just some rosemary sprinkled on it for the last few minutes and it was amazing.
