I think tomorrow I'll take those chicken corn chowder suggestons, but...

tonight I stewed the skin and bones from the grocery store roasted chicken in a bag I had last night and made chicken noodle soup with part of the leftover meat.

Took just a few minutes after the stock was done-- stock, various herbs&things (basil, parsley, adobo, pepper, bay leaf) noodles, carrots and celery cooked till done, and then the chicken thrown in.

Homemade salt free soup with nothing you can't pronounce in it. Can't beat it on a chilly winter night.
