Related: About this forum9 pounds of Callebeaut dark chocolate!!!!!
A few weeks ago a new restaurant supply joint opened near my house. My husband was chatting up the manager and mentioned that he enjoyed making candy. Well there was a "distressed" 10 lb block that he didn't want to put on the shelf...(There was a small tear in the wrapper) that he offered my husband for just shy of twenty five dollars. Well my guy couldn't resist such a deal so this humongous block of chocolate came home with him. We used a pound to dip some bonbons and macaroons...But a pound of chocolate goes a long long way..
So anywho...I have nine lbs sitting on top of the fridge waiting for a plan..
I need ideas.....
And how long with this stay fresh?
