I've got some leftover ham and a pork chop. Plus I'm roasting some red peppers which I'll use on it, and top it with slices of tomatoes.

I saw it in the Thai section at the grocery store and thought I'd give it a try. Kind of like "shake & bake" with a Thai twist.

Thyme, rosemary and scallion will get in there somehow. And butter.

And maybe some fresh fish, depending on how the fisher guys do today.

Have a great visit with your family.

That sounds like a good combination, cbayer.

I'm going to have some Trader Joe's macaroni balls and a pork sandwich.

Salad greens.

Maybe a little red wine to go with.

Dessert? (smacks lips) More of that gorgeous pound cake filled with blueberries.

I'm feeling very lazy tonight, so this will work out great.

Lucinda, have a great time with your sisters.

It's beautiful -- sunny, dry and in the mid-70s today in Chicago -- and I felt like eating outside. For dinner, I'll have a chicken caesar salad wrap sandwich.

Have fun with your sisters, Lucinda!

It was a delicious pie. I had $18 worth of beautiful and delicious feta from Willows California cheesemaker that I bought for $2.70 at the Grocery Outlet store. Fresh spinach, sweet onion, dill, lemon, eggs, filo, butter. Mmm.
