What's for Dinner ~ Saturday ~ December 14th

1. Crock pot stroganoff, mixed veggies, salad, with fresh oranges and choco cake for dessert.

It's our 28th anniversary today, and we'd usually go out, but we are scheduled to perform 2 concerts today. Soooo, we're having dinner at home with the kids and trimming the tree

2. Leftover lamb with fried rice noodles.

3. caramelized onion and mushroom pizza

may put some chicken on it. I sauteed a small chicken breast in butter last night.

Needless to say, some type of salad. Cucumber, maybe.

4. Pomegranate glazed tofu, couscous with apricots and pistachios, and an artichoke/tomato salad

Six inches of snow on the ground and snowing like crazy! Going to the Mediterranean in my mind .

5. Fish n' chips

Beer-battered fish, fries with a side of peas. Going total British pub food here tonight. (Oh, yeah, malt vinegar for dipping.)

6. A rerun of last night.

Chicken, rice and carrots.

7. Greek chicken. Roasted redskins. Green beans. And a Greek salad.

9. Soft tacos with all the fixings.

The pork from yesterday is excellent and will make great tacos.

To bean or not to bean, that is the question.
