1. Don't know. Depends on whether or not I want to dirty up the dishes I just washed.

Might just be a sandwich or I might go out.

4. Chipping away at a bunch of leftovers...

Crawfish étouffée, Chicken noodle soup, a linguine with shrimp, leeks and orange zest!

5. More of the roast beef and potatoes I made yesterday.

6. Going out!

There are about 6 restaurants in their marina/resort we are staying in and we hope to try many of them before we leave.

We took our free golf game today (paid for by an excruciating visit with the guy selling "fractional ownerships" of the homes here), so we figured we just saved ourselves over $300! FWIW, that's really fuzzy logic, because we would never pay that to play golf, but it's working.

7. Beef soft tacos

with all the trimmings (sharp cheddar, lettuce, tomato, jalapenos, sour cream and taco sauce).

Not exactly 'traditional', but what the heck. The idea of taco sauce and sour cream running down my arm sounds about right tonight.
