It's in the 60s out back now, supposed to be in the 70s tomorrow, so we'll be grilling both nights, before temps drop off again.

It's simmering now...

With the usual suspects: potatoes, carrots, cabbage and turnips. I'm not Irish, but then again, even folks in Ireland don't eat corned beef.

St. Joe's Day is Thursday - I'll have to make some Italiano thingy to celebrate.

broccoli, tomato salad, cornbread, pound cake with strawberries/whipped cream. Groan. Plenty of leftovers, too.
