Brussel sprouts with bacon and scapes

Ingredients
4 or 5 scapes, finely chopped
1/2 pound brussel sprouts, quartered
olive oil
juice from 1/2 lemon
4 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
Parmesan cheese

Directions
Saute scapes in a bit of olive oil for at least 10 minutes until soft. Then add Brussel sprouts and cook until tender. Add crumbled bacon, squeeze with lemon juice and serve with parmesan cheese.
