I have some delicious, tender pork that the RG made.

I'm browsing for side dishes now.

1. We thawed some chicken, and are planning to use up another jar of black raspberry jam on it.

The tree is up but not decorated inside, and I've been given notice that I'll be expected to be decorating the yard next Friday.

2. Something to do with chicken

Not sure what or how, but it is chicken (2 leg quarters). I've got broccoli on the menu too (when don't I?). And, I still have some rainbow baby spuds left, so maybe I'll roast then in garlic. Still early, so I have plenty of time to decide.

OH! And, FedEX just dropped off my "Christmas present to me" - a 5.5 qt oval dutch oven, enameled cast iron. Regularly $186 at JC Penney, on sale at $130, a web discount brought it down to $90! I just had to get it in cobalt blue.

OK, now that I have that out of my system...
