What's for Dinner, Sat., Nov. 21, 2015

I have a holiday reception to go to at 4:30 p.m., so depending on how hungry I am when I arrive home later, I may have chicken soup with roasted vegetables in it. It also has penne in it. The RG bought some fabulous cheeses, so I plan on grating parmesan on top.
