Although, surprisingly, I actually already know what dinner is too. We're doing Cuban sandwiches, since we've got more pulled pork to use up. I do have to go out and get appropriate bread and pickles, though.

Have to call the guy I've been contracting for and see if he wants me in today. I'm less than part time (I think he's allocated less than 1k/month towards coding time, since my paychecks keep coming in just under.) so I'm still free a lot, and this looks like it would be a useful day to phonebank if he doesn't.

Making a chicken pie is time consuming. Love my own but found Blake's some time ago. Fantastic!
Tonight will be Blake's Chicken Pie(w/veggies) and a green salad.

Since I am alone, it does not make sense for me to make the big old pies of the old days. This company makes great stuff. All natural, no junk. As a plus, the chicken is in great chunks of all white meat, not too many veggies, a wonderful sauce.
This, with a salad is all I need. I hope they sell it in your area, check their site, there is a store locator.

They make other products too, all natural. Unfortunately my store only stocks the chicken and turkey pies so I can't comment on their other products. The large pie sells for about $5.00(ish). Worth that and more.

Nothing fancy. Got some asparagus to steam up, and the last of the mushroom risotto (which I might fold in the asparagus).
