http://thisweekfordinner.com/2014/05/22/easy-homemade-microwave-chips/Uber sceptical about microwaved potato chips. They are awesome. Follow the directions, and they are fantastic.

(10,094 posts)Not so much anymore, I love to cook, but don't want to spend so much time doing this. Another thing, you have to watch them very carefully because they will go from good to burnt quickly. That being said, they are awfully good.
Peace

(39,961 posts)I'm not a fan of potato chips, but doing these without all of the greasiness of regular potato chips might tempt me to try this!
Thanks Glassunion! Marvelous idea for making a snack more healthy.

They were small, but still quite awesome. I have no sweet tooth to speak of. I prefer salty / starchy / bitter flavors, so these just hit the spot. I wish I had more of a sweet tooth. Don't get enough fruit, but I get way more than needed on the veggies. I'd eat Brussels Sprouts before I'd eat an orange.

(39,961 posts)I would also eat Brussel sprouts before an orange. I might eat dessert 2 times a year. I'd much rather eat a celery stalk or a carrot than sweets of any sort. I had a box of cookies go bad.
