What's for Dinner, Tues., Oct. 25, 2016

Appetizer: watermelon/feta cheese salad.

Pork chop with apple sauce. Last night I sliced garlic and rosemary over it, plus drizzled olive oil. I'm debating the slow cooker or the grill. I think I'm gonna' go with the slow cooker.

Grilled asparagus. I'm tossing the asparagus in toasted sesame seed oil and also toasting extra sesame to sprinkle on top.

Dessert: cheesecake topped with raspberry sauce.

cabbage sauteed with leek, garlic and dill, and a bit of leftover grilled turkey tenderloin with lemon, garlic, and greek seasonings.

with garlic roasted purple potatoes (because they look cool), and steamed broccoli with lemon.
