What's for Dinner, Tues., Mar. 7, 2017

Same thing I had last night: stir fried veggies with pork and rice. I made dinner, fell asleep in my computer chair, and didn't wake up until 10 p.m.! So I skipped dinner.

Moral of story: when you go out and trim 16' hedges back for four hours straight, you will be very, very tired.

I grew up with canned salmon and still like it, at least the red sockeye. And steamed broccoli. I told my husband and son if they got the ingredients ready, I would make Hollandaise sauce when I got home from work - I make a microwave version that is easy and very good.

Holy smokes, Cher. Don't overdo it. Hope you got a rainy day today to recuperate.

Clams, mussels, cod and shrimp.

After not finding bay scallops after three stores, I gave up. There went 6 bucks in gas shot to heck.
