What's for Dinner, Sat., March 11, 2017

Those tiny lamb chops, seasoned so perfectly.

Gado gado salad, which is blanched vegetables (baby carrots, red and yellow pepper, zucchini, etc.) topped with peanut dressing.

Dessert was lemon pound cake with the topping made with creme fraiche and half and half, among other ingredients.

(baked chicken thighs for my husband)

Cut okra with tomato, spring onion, and garlic.

Seasoned potato wedges.

(I'll eat a lime bar later; I think he's too tired from working 12 hours to have his Cherry Garcia)

BTW: it's fasting time for me for Great Lent so: NO meat, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy
