What to Cook (this weekend)

• Pasta for breakfast? Why, yesss.

• In the mood for something sweet? Blueberry muffins fit the bill.

• If you’re throwing a dinner party this weekend, how about one of these Mediterranean recipes from Paula Wolfert. While you’re at it, read this deeply moving profile about the chef and her struggles with Alzheimer’s disease.

• Make pizza with the kids this weekend.

• Feeling like a wine weekend? Learn all about how to drink it, then buy the perfect glass.

• Sundays are for braising and planning for the week ahead.

• If you’re looking for a meaty project, Sam Sifton’s version of Momofuku’s bo ssam is worth a try. If you’re not a meat eater, one of these vegetable-laden lasagnas will do nicely.

• Last, have you made Katharine Hepburn’s legendary brownies? Like her, a no-fuss classic.

I have a roasted chix, so after I've had thigh/leg, sandwiches are definitely on the menu! THX, you've given me reason to find decent bread/Eng Muff at grocery store!
