We made a lemon pepper pork loin, cooked on the grill.

Yukon gold potatoes chopped up, with red and yellow peppers, onions, tossed in hemp oil. Made a foil pouch and cooked them on the upper rack on the grill.

Biscuits and green beans.

Any suggestions on what to make with ground turkey other than shepard's pie, hamburger or chili? My family is getting pretty sick of those choices.

But I am planning on making that tomorrow. I googled last night and I think sloppy joes. I haven't had those in at least 10 years.

When I make my taco meatloaf, I pulverize 2-3 hard taco shells and use those instead of bread crumbs. If I don't have any of those I use oatmeal.

We kind of made it up as we went.
Used salsa on top.
Guacamole with serving.

I serve it with baked beans, lettuce, black olive and tomato salad topped with avocado slices. I melt cheese on top and serve with taco sauce instead of ketchup.

Spent last week visiting my daughters family in Alabama. Went from Dothan to Huntsville and had great food. Planning another visit soon.
