Hello!
Comp is still dead but I have an old one working in it's place for the moment.
No idea what I'll have for dinner, Bill is working, but I am thinking some nice roasted veggies sound good!
What's for dinner where you are?

(47,675 posts)They have a great salad bar, but I'm in the mood for a baked potato. Butter and Tabasco. Yum.

(135,060 posts)with some spicey salsa and chunks of mango in place of the pits. T-man had a rack of ribs with sweet potato fries and the Madster is having a pineapple, strawberries and corn on the cob. She had a big breakfast.
Had a babysitter today for a few hours so the Madster and I had a Mother/Daughter day. Normally it would include a visit to the nail salon but she wanted to mix it up so we went bowling. She then hit me up for popcorn, diet Dr. P and a slice of sausage pizza.

i'll probably just roast them up with some veggies. i've got acorn squash, sweet potatoes, rutabagas, parsnips, carrots and baby potatoes...i went a little nuts last time i went to the store
edit: we started with green salads and i did a mix of parsnips, sweet potato, baby purple potatoes and carrots for the veggies. it was super tasty

(31,170 posts)All of it. Sounds delicious.
We used up leftover cooked bacon and tomatoes that were on their last legs. We have a big feast planned for a family dinner tomorrow and there will be lots of leftovers for next week's meals.
