from last Friday's ruling? could you use Fridays ruling as a precedence for trans rights?

I personally know two trans couples, both consisting of males who made the change to female, then got together, perhaps because of shared experiences. Even though they were all men, they are now all women, so we have two same-sex couples. I don't think they are inclined to get married, but they could if they wanted to.

aren't there states that determine gender by genitalia?

has this ruling helped them?
