NBC's Meet the Press under police investigation

to see if that was a real 30 round AR magazine David Gregory waved around during his chat with Wayne. Whenever some 99 percenter forgets a pistol or a cartridge in a bag that violates FAA rules, some yell something like "off with his head". So, we have a TV pundit maybe willfully violating DC law. Or maybe it was a dummy mag. Either way, should he be held to the same standard as the guy at the airport?

NBC was told by the Washington police that it was “not permissible” to show a high-capacity gun magazine on air before Sunday’s “Meet the Press,” according to a statement Wednesday from the cops.

“NBC contacted [the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department] inquiring if they could utilize a high capacity magazine for their segment,” Gwendolyn Crump, a police spokeswoman, said in an email. “NBC was informed that possession of a high capacity magazine is not permissible and their request was denied. This matter is currently being investigated.”

would be locked up and would be facing years behind bars for this crime.

Why is David Gregory not in custody at this time?

and if you got caught with either you'd be looking at some long term new accommodations.
