I do hope everyone else will be able to post again soon. A return to normalcy here would sure be welcome. I've totally immersed myself in books and DVDs this past week, having as little contact as possible with the outside world. I re-read In the Woods by Tana French. For some reason I found it more enjoyable the second time around. Although enjoyable may not be the best word for a story about a psycho told by an unreliable narrator. Which sounds a bit like your book here. Which I will definitely be on the lookout for.

I started The Color of Lightening last night. Yikes. Brutal. I can tell it's going to be really good, though.

surgery several years ago. Talk about intense. It was very good and I think I'll put that on my list to read (rather than listen to.)

One of the best things about The Color of Lightning is that it was written by someone who knows and loves horses. It was so much more evident in News of the World.
