Ravens lose to the Redskins, fire Cam Cameron

The Baltimore Ravens on Monday dismissed offensive coordinator Cam Cameron and replaced him with quarterbacks coach Jim Caldwell, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

Cameron's dismissal comes after the Ravens' 31-28 overtime loss to the Redskins on Sunday, their second straight defeat.

After scoring 21 points in the first half Sunday, their offense's first four drives of the second half ended with quarterback Joe Flacco's fumble, his interception deep in Washington's territory and two three-and-outs.

"We kind of stopped ourselves today," Flacco, who completed 16 of 21 passes for 182 yards and three first-half TD passes, said Sunday.

Cam Cameron---an ex-Phin coach---and Tony Sparano as well.

And some wonder why the Phins are shit.

Like the Eagles did earlier when they fired their D-Coordinator after the Detroit collapse only to allow more yardage and points.

Sorry, Joey, you weren't and you ain't. Brady, the Manning brothers, Drew Brees, Aaron Rodgers? Now those are elite quarterbacks. They find ways to win when the chips are down. You, well, not so much.

Would you say that if Lee Evans didn't drop the game winning TD pass last year or even Cundiff connecting on the FG?

I don't think he's elite but I don't think he is a bad QB either. He played pretty well in that game, I think the focus should be on Baltimore's D because their O is fine. However, their D was up against the league leader in YPA
