Yeah, he showed his age tonight. (The playcalling didn't always help.) fishwax Jan 2015 #6
I don't think I've ever seen the guy look so inept. It was painful, even as a Niners/Raiders fan. nomorenomore08 Jan 2015 #7

of respect to El Supremo. It also didn't help that the receivers couldn't catch jack shit.

is no longer what it once was. His passes just don't have the mustard anymore, and he isn't good in cold weather. I think if he wants to continue playing, it might be better for him to go somewhere that he doesn't have to carry the offense on his shoulders.
As much as I hate the Broncos, it would be sad to see PM go out like this. I have nothing against him personally.

it will be difficult to find another team with as much as offensive talent as Denver. They have one of the top receivers and top receiving tight ends. Wes Welker and Emmanuel Sanders are pretty good too. Coaching staff has been pushing a balanced offensive all year, that said, too soon to tell who they have for running backs, especially since Montee Ball was the expected starter going into this season.

Manning knows his limitations, I remember reading a great article (that I'm trying hard to find right now) grilling a young running back, working on a short pass up field and running it over and over, trying to perfect the timing. The offense last 2 seasons is primarily a short passing game (more emphasize on ball control this year), Manning's problem against the Colts was he actually kept overthrowing people.

A lot of three-and-outs with two incomplete deep passes.

Hard to believe this is the same dude who broke the TD record just last year (and had 36 through 12 games in '14).
