Once upon a time, when ESPN gratuitous contrarian Skip Bayless worked for the Dallas Morning News and covered the Cowboys, Bayless wrote a book in which he suggested former Cowboys quarterback Troy Aikman is gay.

Aikman didn’t respond at the time. He now wishes he had.


Skip Bayless is a troll, but Aikman is an idiot. He calls being gay a "Lifestyle" choice.

6. I'm still unhappy with Skip Bayless

but I had no idea Bayless was the one behind that. I heard of the Aikman rumor but, not sure where or when but remember a mention from somewhere, had no idea Bayless was the one behind it. I think one of the reasons I don't like him is he focuses so much on things that don't matter he ends up bashing the most talented players in the game while elevating Tebow to Jordan status. Players like Lebron James, Russell Westbrook. He is the same guy that still wasn't sold on Andrew Luck even after a 28-point comeback & back-to-back prime time losses to begin the season which Bayless unloaded with the ammo he had. Any sportswriter worth their salt knows a primetime game doesn't tell you everything you need to know about a team & quality of competition, much like Rush Limbaugh following McNabb losing back-to-back games against the previous & that season's super bowl champion to begin the season.
