(31,177 posts)A Super Bowl would be better, but he'll have to do that as coach.

(65,134 posts)Not one! And problem is Cutler! Yeah, right! A QB on a team without a single other player worthy of a pro bowl selection, and they're going to go 5 and 11 because the QB is having his best season with that team.
Lots of meatballs among our fans.

(22,340 posts)He is a fantastic linebacker.

(65,134 posts)That's weird, because they're actually pretty good! I'm not complaining, (i think you figured out), that there are no Bears. There shouldn't be.
The are talent thin at nearly every spot except for one spot on the O line, and that's a pro bowl guard playing out of position now.
This new regime has to get their act together. They got rid of Brandon Marshall and drafted a replacement in the first round who had a broken leg and kept him out ALL YEAR
Not inspiring confidence.
The 3 games i've seen of the Vikes this year (one of them a loss) they looked like a legitimate challenger to Green Bay. Not quite, but getting close. To have no pro bowlers from a team that will win double digit games seems odd.
Goblinmonger
(22,340 posts)Not that the Vikes are anywhere near perfect.
But when one of the best defenses in the league doesn't have a single member on the Pro Bowl, something is wrong.
I am finally happy with a QB the Vikes have. I'm sure he'll find some way to break my heart like the Vikings have been doing over the past nearly 50 years of my life. He looks great for a 22-year-old.
Cutler is the least of the Bears's problems.
ProfessorGAC
(65,134 posts)Cutler has been the least of the Bears problems for 5 years, but the meatballs around here want his head on a pike.
Last year, they got beat something like 34 to 31. Cutler threw a pick six. But then they got something like 17 to 20 points ahead. And the defense absolutely could not stop the other team. They end up losing the game and nobody paid attention to the fact that the defense gave up a 3 score lead in the second half. Cutler's fault. Trade him. Put in Clausen.
At least you see it. And, you don't even watch all the games.
