Report: Seahawks, Pete Carroll agree to new deal through 2019
Two days after signing general manager John Schneider to a contract extension, the Seahawks are reportedly set to do the same with coach Pete Carroll.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Tuesday that that two sides have agreed to a deal that runs through the 2019 season. Carroll’s old deal was set to expire after this coming season.
Carroll’s extension means he and Schneider will remain teamed up through the next four seasons, at least.
