There were no children at my church service today

After the readings, we always have a children's sermon, a hymn, then the adult sermon and the rest of the liturgy

The pastor looked around and decided we should just continue with the hymn

We'd gotten about halfway through the second verse, when ten little elementary-school-aged girls traipsed in and sat in the second row

I've never ever seen half of them before

The quality of the hymn-singing deteriorated because the congregation was laughing so hard

Are there aged people out there transfusing themselves with the blood of children?

That's really creepy.

And the black market will be intense, practically *everyone* will want it.

Indeed, the whole idea rings some very creepy and atavistic bells.

To the best of my knowledge, this report has not yet led to a rash of churches bleeding young attendees in order to transfuse elderly parishioners
