I once found myself at the Sound and Light show at the pyramids in Cairo. They were build so precisely that, among other things, a knife blade could not fit between the stones. That was wonder of the world enough. However, when I heard that they were using lotuses and other lovely things to do math, my mind really boggled. I cannot imagine how one divides lotuses by birds. I could barely manage dividing 8 by 7. (Sadly, explaining it doesn't help me; and, if it did, I think I just might rather wonder at that civilization.)
