Why do they STILL not have the last returns in in Iowa?

It's almost 2 am there. Presumably, everybody went home from the caucuses hours ago.

Lots of problems in Polk county, including accusations of fraud from Hillary camp. I don't know, but maybe this last precinct is doing a rope tug-a-war to see who wins. Afer all, that's more fun then a coin toss...especially over a mud pit.
