There was lots of trade between nations before Reagan, financialization, globalization, and the massive offshoring of jobs.

and traded some spear points for some meat.
The Internet had NOTHING to do with tearing up the regulations governing trade.
It was a SCAM from the start so that very RICH sociopaths could:

*Drive down wages and benefits

*Raid Pension Funds

*Bust Unions

*Avoid Environmental Regulations

*Avoid Human Rights and safety regulations

It has worked perfectly as designed.

Hey Everybody.
I have a great idea. Lets tear up all the regulations that your fathers and grandfathers shed their blood to put in place to protect jobs and families!!!!!
Then EVERYBODY will get RICH!!!

Many people I talked to when knocking on doors that were undecided and/or independent voters really responded well to his stance on trade. Most people where unaware how outspoken he is on trade and wondered why it wasn't on there nightly MSM coverage when they discussed politics Once I explained a little about how that wasn't in the networks owners interest they started to get it, and why those networks don't talk Sander's much at all besides "fringe" this and socicalist that. Then when I brought up the TPP and what's on the table now, they were REALLY getting it. I was thoroughly pleased to see his trade stances discussed tonight and thought Bernie did an excellent job

Was really happy the TPP was brought up too.

Not to bash Hillary, but I strongly believe that when it comes to trade, Bernie is by far the most genuine in his opposition to our country's "free" trade agreements.

I hope that s*** doesn't get fast tracked before he takes office

I got to see some of the debate in the breakroom at work. We had a pretty good audience in there. I was so glad he hit the trade subject hard.

that its is rigged and he will change it when he gets behind the podium, he has said that this will be one of the first things he will address --------------------------he is telling everyone that it is the "trade deal's" that are creating our crime, loss of jobs, political campaign finance corruption they are all tied together-------------------and he did it in three 90 second responses and then thirty second rebuttals

It's a big winner for him, and gives a strong contrast with Hillary, and leaves her foundering a bit.

It will be a mistake if he refrains from bringing TPP up, often,
from here on in.

these "trade deals" are what is the driving force of what is happening with high crime, inner city decay, education, taxes, everything................................there has not been one thing good with these "trade deals".

Most people for example do not realize that in the aviation industry for example, they are outsourcing heavy maintenance to third world countries. And the only requirement is that you have one person that can read and understand the English language and have a FAA Certificated to work on the A/C, it is in the REGS.

Now as we speak, they (republicans ) want to privatize the Air Traffic Control system because this Congress has decimated the funding in that system, and now they go around and say see the agency doesn't work, ( its a con game just like the shell and pea game on the streets with some barker) because the FAA can't modernize the system------------well duh-------------no funding.

All they have to do is to fund the system for the Ground base radar around the airport and the modernization of the FISDO centers instead of giving it to a defense program that is over 1.3 trillion dollars into the F-35 program (over budget), build ships that the hulls (Littoral) that can't take a 25 foot wave because their weak by bow design.

And then the TPP that is being "forced " down the throats of every working joe smoe and smotte in this country makes no sense except for the ----------------------greed factor.

Clinton, put in place the guy (Froman and look where he came from) in charge because she made the recommendation to the president and they both knew what they were going to get--------------------they can't run from that fact----------------------the economy is being destroyed by the weak tariffs on the imported goods, while this country exported goods are getting hammered--because of the tariffs on what goods are still being manufactured------------------its simple

But yes it is about the these "trade deals"

The American Worker must BUY Health Insurance from a For Profit Industry,
and compete with workers in other countries that have Universal Health Care.
The American worker starts in a deep hole from the Get Go.

I still remember Bill Clinton selling NAFTA to Working Americans.
He said, "The American Worker can compete with any worker in the World!!!,
and the crowd cheered.........because they didn't understand what he had said.

(This is what Bill REALLY said)
NAFTA will force the American Worker to compete with 3rd World Slave Labor for their jobs,
and they will beg for these low paying/no benefits jobs as soon as they get hungry enough!

Had he told that truth, I don't believe he would have gotten all those cheers.
Thanks, Bill.
Thanks, Hillary.
Thanks, Barack

I'm a boomer who found it relatively easy to make a good living, find well paying blue collar jobs with benefits, and build an adequate retirement,
even under Republican administrations of the 60s and 70s.
I am ashamed of the world and the (so called) Democratic Party we are leaving to our children,
and despise the sociopath politicians who delivered it to them.

Feeling the Bern.

and it is really nice to know, and I mean nice to know that there is a candidate (Sanders), that I and many other's support at our $27.00 that has done the walk on the picket line today and done the talk on the picket line today--------------and was on the line from his yesterday's and he has never deviated from that mantra of economic fairness and principles .

This election, is in my humble opinion, of that person standing behind the podium on Jan 20, 2016 and not saying only, Thank you and then by saying that they have it now and they will take of it---------------nope not this time.

I strongly feel that he will say on that Jan 20 day --------that for those that put him behind this podium, I have your back and
we /you and me will take it from here, it is not and will not be a "I" but a "Collective WE" a real WE -----------------

And we really need representatives that will back up not only him but you and me and everyone else in this country, and there are many, that also do the talk and the walk--------------and they are not looking to make that buck off the backs of those that put them in office to do there job

And all the pundits and the MSM (some) don't see this political revolution-------------I really believe this --------------they are using old models to justify the past failures and the status quo

Feel the Bern .......................and ...................

A proud Democratic-Socialist, because I have my Social Security (two great words), Medicare and want everyone to be able to have it
