Sorry, I don't have the URL handy. It's a European site that streams MSNBC International (which is just MSNBC without paid ads).

For some reason livenewschat.eu's site name is "RockinRooster."
FYI, the videos are in Flash, but they have a link to an iPhone compatible browser app, Puffin, which will play Flash content -- for those who want to watch on their phone. It's actually a decent browser, very fast.
