If my memory serves me correctly, I believe this is shortly after Secretary Clinton indirectly made refference to a vote Bernie made on the CFMA for a second time in a debate. I know this is politics and it is true that he voted for it. However, IMHO, it is MUCH more of an "artful smear" given the all facts regarding that legislation, and identifying one of its authors (Gary Gensler now CFO for Clinton's campaign) than Bernie calling into question her integrity as a politician as is relates to taking money from certain banking institutions for speaking fees.
I wish Bernie would get a chance in a debate to point this stuff out....

I will proudly support Hillary if she in the nominee, but this kinda stuff needs to stop.

(57,936 posts)aides in this campaign?
This is the second fact about her campaign aides revealed on DU tonight.
Hillary is not to be believed. How low or disorganized can you get?
She seemed so angry, just out of control tonight. I honestly wonder whether her temper gets like that very often.
I think she has a problem with her temper.
She is egocentric, not extreme, but a lot more than Bernie.
She is not presidential material. She takes things too personally.
Bernie does not. He is able to remain dispassionate about personal digs. He responds. But it is obvious that he does not get personally angry. The anger is under control. Hillary's anger deafens and blinds her to the social demands of her situation. That was obvious to me tonight.
To be fair to Hillary, though, I thought I heard a bit of a cold or stopped up nose in her voice tonight. I wondered whether maybe she had taken a cold medication that made her just a bit hyper and caused her to over-react. She may not have been entirely well. She seemed really snippy. Really short-tempered and frustrated.

(95 posts)Very well put on your other points. I agree that Bernie seems to be much more calm about digs or personal smears than HRC. I respect that about him immensely. It's got to take a lot of resolve I'm sure to not get physically upset about things like this.
Hilary could have a had a cold, but even if she did, for someone who claims to be ready and battle tested for Republican smear campaigns as she pointed out tonight, this makes he seem a little thin-skinned.
Enjoyed the debate though.
