Dynastic Royal Families Have Been Around Since the Dawn of Civilization

Looking at the history of humanity, is there anything particularly historic about the executive leader of a country being a female who was married or otherwise related to a former male executive leader?

the dynastic argument is irrelevant. No one inherits the Presidency as they have to run for it. Apples and oranges.
