A mom bought a Bernie tshirt for her 10 yr old daughter, who was there and excitedly wanted one. They were waiting for to go food not with us.

It was at mexican restaurant in side room but open to rest. Everyone there was at least 50 or older all Bernie fans, but when I went to rest room I noticed young families that probably normally didnt watch who were in main part and all tvs on debate were watching it.

Made me wonder what they were thinking.

The generational divide over Clinton v Sanders is real among AAs. And the age cutoff we've seen in Columbia SC is not 30, it's closer to 50.
