I don't impugn his motives for endorsing her, or have any problem whatsoever with his endorsement

This is the kind of thing Bernie meant when he called Planned Parenthood "establishment", many of these people and groups are tried to the party machine by ties of patronage and influence. Hillary is the machine patronage candidate.

Unfortunately we have to be very careful about attacking Lewis because a white guy criticizing a black politician is taboo. Hillary is trying to bait Bernie supporters into looking racist in order to play into the "Bernie only cares about poor white men" narrative.

That remark was a huge gaffe, and reeked of bitterness. It would never have been said if Sanders had gotten what he needed from PP. Bitter and foolish.

From what I have seen here, Hillary does not need to bait anyone into making rude statements about hardworking progressives.
Bernie says he'd like it to stop, but a lot of people cannot help themselves.

I did not want Cali and posters dwelling on
a distraction, kind of a malfunction junction.

I do not want us to play Hillary's game.

However, thru this rigamarole, I have
grown closer to Bernie, so it was a good
thing.

He said it was early '70s, after Bill had been elected governor. But Bill didn't officially become governor until 1979.

about McKinney and voter disenfranchisement. The film features interviews with: US Congressional Representatives, John Lewis, Cynthia McKinney, John Conyers, Bernie Sanders, and Stephanie Tubbs-Jones; former US Civil Rights Commissioner & Dean of UC Berkeley's School of Law.

Why Sanders - that do nothing guy who never supported civil rights. So strange, isn't it?
