4. What a surprise. A post advocating working hard for the party to win not only the GE, but the

5. I'll be doing the same, and for the same reason.

Whoever the Democratic nominee turns out to be, it's up to us to make sure that nominee wins the general election. If we do not, the Republicans will have control of all three branches of the federal government. With that, they can ensure that it will be a long, long time before we have another chance.

The presidency is just one office, but the President is the Executive branch. Congress and the Supreme Court are made up of many people. Only the presidency is a branch with one person at its helm. If we lose that in this political environment, we lose far more than any of us are willing to recognize.

We need to GOTV like our futures depend on it. They do depend on it.
