Why aren't they at work? Don't they know it's Saturday and the Beautiful People are off and need to be fed, entertained and pampered? This really pisses me off! All that profit to be made by providing the goods and services so deserved by the Job Creators and all those Proles unchained from their benches? Some low level supervisor will be very publicly blamed for this just in case it was an executive decision made in a moment of weakness or dizziness. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!

I've seen today. "So when Hillary's the nominee" ...

I thought it would be nice to see that Bernie has plenty of supporters, even in a smaller city w/only 12 hours notice.

Next we'll do the Dallas pics! He should be headed there now.

Estimated population of 912,000 at mid-year 2014 so it is probably at about 950,000 now. The metro area is over 2 million.

It doesn't hurt that there is beautiful weather today also.

Of course I wonder if Bernie considered that while he was speaking about economic inequality, The Circuit of the Americas race track has been receiving a $25 million dollar a year subsidy from the state?

http://www.statesman.com/news/news/national-govt-politics/bernie-sanders-austin-venue-is-local-symbol-of-cor/nqY67/

At least they had some good weather though--probably a pleasant change compared to Iowa and New Hampshire.

Feb 2016

(1) Democrats need big turnout to win
(2) Bernie generates big enthusiasm (what you need for big turnout)
(3) I know people hate math, but this is a no brainer.

Question: So why does the Democratic leadership try to quash their biggest asset for winning?

I was so busy, I couldn't manage any march pictures, but I'm hoping someone else will. We had a wonderful rally, and this is where you get persons (as we did) to -

1) Register to vote (many are first time voters, some too young for primary)

2) Changed address registration

3) Changed affiliation of party (many, THAT one was interesting... many are changing from I or G)

This was March for Bernie day across the U.S. and Pittsburgh had a good one, even in the cold.

65. I was talking to someone tonight. Don't know him that well, but he's the left-leaning type.
Sun Feb 28, 2016, 05:09 AM
Feb 2016

One of his biggest concerns is how jobs are being shipped over seas, and how companies are continually buying out each other and laying off employees—even foreign companies are buying US companies, and dropping employees.

He says that he is leaning toward Trump. He has no interest in Clinton because she represents the way things are. And as far as Bernie, he thinks Sanders wants to start giving away free education and free healthcare. So he believes Trump will be the best as President.

Later tonight, on FaceBook, I saw another old friend: a very liberal man. He's been living through hard times. He's frustrated because he doesn't have health care, and ACA is forcing him to either pay $780-$900 per month for insurance, or he will be fined $1500 for not having insurance. He said he can't afford what comes out to 2 car payments a month if he buys health insurance.

He said there were 2 candidates that he will vote for in the GE: Sanders or Trump.

We're not even into the GE, and I'm seeing folks on the left eye-balling Trump as a serious candidate. I fear if Clinton is the choice, the younger voters, who are enthusiastic about Bernie's changes, are just going to stay home come election day.

at local meetups here. That is why we need to keep building our movement on the side whether Bernie wins or not. We need a serious resistance because if it keeps going like this we are going to end up with Trump. I'm sitting down here in Texas watching the republicans freak out because they couldn't sell Bush and Rubio is a tool (but they can use him so they will - Cruz is out because no one likes him).

... and it was such a privilege to attend Bernie's rally on Saturday.

A notice about the rally appeared in my facebook feed on Friday night, and my partner and I immediately changed our plans for Saturday so we could go.

One of the things he said during his speech that really stuck with me was: "if we win Texas, then we win the nomination".

The time is now. The next few days are crucial. Bernie can win this. Please pickup the phone and motivate your friends. Grab your favorite YouTube video and send a link to everyone you know.

Australia is the USA's closest ally and friend. Where the USA leads, we follow. We want the best for you and Bernie Sanders is the man to lead us all towards a better future
