Our Oregon ballots arrived yesterday

Soon we will sit down as a family and vote. Four years ago I had my two year old grandson fill in the Obama box. Now I have another grandson who will also get to “vote” for Obama this year. What is really special is that my 99 year old mother-in-law got her ballot too. She has been failing dramatically but seems to be rallying. She really wanted to cast her vote while she still could. All our votes will be for President Obama.

just watching her face during the debate was interesting. She likes Obama, she was smiling during his answers, then Romney would answer and her face would get all screwed up. "he's mean and he doesn't make any sense." <-- direct quote

even though it's on the back of the page (which is REALLY messed up!) he should be on the FRONT of the ballot, with all the Senators and such, not stuck on the back after the initiatives!! First time I've seen that done... EASY to miss.

for the first time as a registered Democrat, in the nail-biting swing state of Oregon.
