10. Brian's tweet doesn't say that the mayor didn't know where it was.

The fact that something was undisclosed to Brian or to the public does not mean it was not known to the mayor.

Though also, there are probably plenty of permits for public events that are known to people in various departments, but not necessarily known to the mayor, just because he usually would not need to be bothered with that info. In that case it is also very possible that he didn't know... but he could certainly find out. (And he could choose to tweet before or after getting the answer.)

3. I find it odd and a bit troubling that the mayor

Would use the power of his office to push through permits just to help Hillary.

That said. If Bernie's planing for the 14th isn't past the point of no return. He should call their bluff and except the offer then call them out on it.

6. I agree. Bernie gave Clinton 4 dates - April 10, 11, 12 and 13 as suggestions

I checked and posted her events for those dates. There are fundraisers scheduled for some of those dates (posted on other threads). In summary:

April 10 fundraiser BBQ 5-7 PM in Virginia at Terry McAuliffe's house - that might be a bad day.

On April 11 - Morning 8AM-10AM one - and an Evening fundraiser with Hillary Clinton in Glen Cove NY. They have time as TBD - so since that's just Long Island - she could easily get to a debate afterwards. Hey Hillary April 11 works.

April 12 - Forget this one. She's got 2 big fundraisers scheduled - one at the home of Marsha and Henry Laufer in Manalapan, Florida. That's in the aft4rnoon. Then she goes Downtown Miami 5:30-7:30 for another one. And then there is also another fundraiser in Miami Beach at the home of Tiffany and Alex Heckler but only the $2,700 tickets are for sale. That time is still TBD as well. So I'm guessing after her downtown fundraiser. April 12 won't work - much too busy with the Florida wealthy!

April 13. Only events I can find are fundraisers in Washington DC. But they list Receptions with Bill - nothing about Hillary and the top dollar is $2,700 so I'm guessing it's a Bill event only. Time is TBD . . . so April 13 seems doable. Hey Hillary - how about April 13?

Why does DeBlasio think a permit is the only issue? Perhaps Sanders has already lined up guest speakers, musical guests, security, production people - perhaps he has already paid out money and put down deposits on things.

Why doesn't Hillary just pick one of Bernie's 4 dates?
