Much like Its cheating when Hillary wins but perfectly legit when Sanders wins.

is a real condition. I've known 2 people who were compulsive talkers. They will literally wear you out with a withering, non-stop verbal assault. The two I knew were quite different in most ways but they had that one thing in common, they just do not shut up. It's pathological. I think Bill Clinton is a compulsive talker.

prison sentence vs the powder version of the same drug!

If the intention in 1996 was to clear out the 'big bad gangbangers' why did Clinton allow laws to be passed that allowed police to put people in jail for 20-40 years for a couple rocks?

They're doing the same 'for profit' prison Corps for immigrant prisons.

True that more people of color have always been unfairly jailed in much higher numbers & oppressed. That started way back as soon as slaves were set free. Stupid laws were created like no black people in town after sundown. Then free blacks could be arrested, put in prison and 'leased' to Corporations for work like mining.
Our Prison system has always been "slavery by another name".

Here is an excellent documentary that uses government records to explain the history of Americas prison system.

context to the BLM protestor yesterday. I have been trying to tell folks what it was like then and Bill actually did a great job of doing that. People don't want to hear that Bernie voted FOR that bill, or that many black leaders supported the legislation (some did not), that black families in black neighborhoods were crying out for help in make their neighborhoods safer. People don't generally like to hear the truth when it doesn't fit into their pre-conceived notions. Both Hillary and Bill have apologized for the outcome and the way the legislation was enforced. Bill even went to the NAACP and faced them to express his regrets about it.

So who is more likely to work hard to fix a problem they feel responsible for? Bernie hasn't apologized or even owned up to the fact that his support of the bill was not only because of the assault weapons ban but in his own words he said the bill would be a way to get sociopaths and criminals off the street. Check it out before you make your comments.

He feels the need to defend his record, including the parts that caused real harm, and creating another campaign controversy over the treatment of African Americans is the last thing that Hillary needs. She has a solid lead now among African Americans (except for the young voters), and he could cause that to drop.
