Call for ban on Washington Post

Media loves twisting situations to get bigger press coverage and get more views on their stories.

Enter this BULLSHIT controversy about what HRC or Sanders said when and how.
So, we have the WP running this story on April 6th:
"Clinton questions whether Sanders is qualified to be president"
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-politics/wp/2016/04/06/clinton-questions-whether-sanders-is-qualified-to-be-president/

Then, the next day, on April 7th, WP claims Sanders is wrong and that Clinton never said that. Doing so in direct contradiction of their own headline less than 24 hours before, without any irony or sense of shame.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/fact-checker/wp/2016/04/07/sanderss-incorrect-claim-that-clinton-called-him-not-qualified-for-the-presidency/

At the end of the day, this is the media trying to ensure that no one is playing nice and the 24-hour news cycle has minutes to fill.
All Sanders did was make it clear that he will not be a punching bag for anybody, including the press, Clinton or anyone else and no matter what you think he said or why, that will play out very strongly and positively from a Brooklyn boy come home again.

FYI, fuck the Washington Post

They're pure propaganda. Old media in general is being exposed for what it really is this election cycle.

But...what failure to appreciate Bernie did they exhibit this time? I missed it, but obviously something happened to get true believer knickers in a twist.

Oh, just looked: They're still talking about Bernie's profound ignorance of his own issues. Don't blame the Post. Everyone is.

Btw, did you know that Dodd-Frank DISSOLVES any bank too-big-to-fail that does?

Consequently, the third part of Dodd-Frank allows large entities to fail without causing serious collateral damage.

When the next Lehman Brothers or AIG cannot pay its debts, federal officials are legally instructed to begin the process of dissolving it; to borrow money from the treasury to pay, not all of its debts as the law required in 2008, but only as much as is needed to avoid threatening the system; and then, in a binding mandate, to recover any federal funds expended through assessments levied on all financial institutions with more than $50 billion in assets.

Hillary Clinton's comprehensive, detailed plan includes building on Dodd-Frank.

any presidential candidate were not properly covered, as Sanders is being. She EARNED her reputation as a great newspaperwoman and wouldn't appreciate the suggestion that she'd sweep Bernie's ignorance problem under one of her Persian carpets.
