I have to ask myself why has the right spent more than 30 years trying to destroy Hillary and Bill

And it continues today on this board.

Now I am not talking about Bernie supporters here.

The very obvious reason is that Hillary and Bill Clinton have stood and will stand in the way of the right taking over this country.

The natural assumption is that Hillary and Bill Clinton have stood in the way of the GOP's political power. On many, many issues, they serve the same masters; two right-of center forces competing for the same job.

Seriously, how can you look at Clinton's record on Free Trade, the invasion of Iraq... the whole litany of top-down, right-wing policies she's endorsed that I'm sure you've heard a thousand times, and claim she represents some sort of bulwark against the right? It's absurd.

The right realizes there is no room for them if democrats find a way to get people voting against their own best interests.
They're not worried about Democrats taking over their country so much as Bill and Hillary taking over the Republican Party.

Corporations and the rich funnel money to the Clintons and to the Republicans, setting them up against each other to distract the American people from the REAL issue: the oligarchs' destruction of this democracy.

And, as Bernie voter who also takes seriously the responsibility of all of us to help GOTV, I thank you for differentiating between real Sanders supporters here and those recently signed in, high-volume posters concentrating mainly on GD-P who are finding this a useful place to further rancor and sow division.

Whenever I want to lump all Sanders supporters together and dismiss them I am reminded of your quiet and powerful witness.

Thank you.
