Bill Clinton got so mad when confronted with the truth about his record and rhetoric

"Super-Predators" theory was complete fiction made up to scare people into supporting excessive policing.

Bill's record over excessive policing, harsh sentencing, and ramping up the war on drugs.... he was confronted with all this by #BlackLives protesters and he reacted in the worst possible way.

He scolded them like children.

Even though he's already admitted in the past that his policies made things worse, when confronted with the protest he went straight back into his old 90s tough on crime rhetoric and scare tactics that caused the problem in the first place. It was disgraceful. A sad day for democrats and a sad day for America. This will go down in history as one of Bill Clinton's worst moments, and that's saying a lot, because he's already had some doozies. Bill should make a statement.

To give a pov.

No one is explaining anything. No one has a gun to anyone's head to make them read this.

No one is dictating how one should think, mansplaining or femmesplaining or notsplaining anything. It's an o p i n i o n. Are we still allowed one on DU?

This would be a good place to share your opinion.

And you don't always know what race people are.

Anyways everyone should be concerned with racism. It's a big problem in America. This is a highly racist and authoritarian society.

Does he still think super-predator is a valid way to describe people?

It's going to be kind of hard because he'll be up against reality.

an intimate adviser in the sense of being closer than any other person, he'll likely have a lot of influence.

He'll worry about defending his legacy.
