"Black on Black Crime": Bill Clinton's heated defense of his and Hillary's record was reminiscent

Bill Clinton defended his record on criminal justice and mass incarceration by citing murders and drugs in the black community. That's very very close to the arguments made by right wingers like Bill O'Reilly and Rush Limbaugh to justify state terror against the Black community. They justify police murder of unarmed black men by citing that "black on black crime is worse". When is the lst time you heard any of these blowhards cite statistics for "white on white crime"? The fact is most crime is committed in people's own neighborhooods.
