It seems like this could keep happening in other states as well.

I'm not "faint of heart" so I maybe I can stand the heat.

Everyone who wants to be involved in politics should be, we shouldn't be telling people to just get out of the way. If we do that were no better than the other side.

With every round in the caucus states, it seems Bernie will close the gap more and more.

Voters in states that have not voted yet should take that as a HUGE red flag for HRC.

On top of the youth vote, the independent vote, and the sheer number of loyal Democrats that have a massive problem with HRC as the candidate.

Hope enough people wake up to what needs to happen going forward for the betterment of ALL of us.

The delegates were 34 to 34. Flipping that doesn't do anything. Maybe flip is the wrong word. I'm just confused about everything today.

I take that to mean it doesn't matter who or how many people show up to the subsequent conventions, that Hillary and Bernie will get delegates proportional to their vote in the various counties, districts, statewide, etc.

I could be wrong. Anyway, here are the rules: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bw8qd8A8ZSVLY0RGWFNtMlJkdXc/view

on Page 15 seems pretty important.

"The Missouri’s presidential primary election is a “binding” primary.

Accordingly, delegate and alternate positions shall be allocated so

as to fairly reflect the expressed presidential (or uncommitted)

preference of the primary voters in each district. The National

Convention delegates and alternates selected at the district level

shall be allocated in proportion to the percentage of the primary

vote won in that district by each preference, except that

preferences falling below a 15% threshold shall not be awarded any

delegates or alternates."

From the looks of it. It seems that the district level delegates are bound to the will of the people. Meaning they can't flip.

Without reading to deep, it still looks like once elected the delegates still need to be recorded to move on to the convention.

That's just my two cents.

Each state has their own rules, of course. It could be that there is a set amount of pledged delegates that must adhere to the original primary outcome. So if there are a total of 30 pledged delegates to award, 20 of those must be allocated according to the original primary vote. The remaining 10 would be allocated based upon the follow-up "tier" voting at the county/state level.

Just a thought. I have no idea how Missouri election rules are administered.
