Romney says '30K attend OH rally' - BUT Secret Service says just 15K went through metal detector

Good Lord - Do they feel they have to lie about everything?

The campaign announced that 30,000 people attended, but Secret Service sources said just 15,000 went through metal detectors. And local law enforcement counted the crowd at 18,000.

People streamed out when Mitt started speaking after Kid Rock was done playing. Bet they also handed out free tickets at this venue in Ohio when they couldn't get enough Repubs to come to their campaign offices to be pre-screened for tickets.

They are so pathetic. People come to see the President, and they love the music there (if they have any) but the main attraction is The Man himself.

Switch the music when Romney comes out to "Sweet Little Lies" by Fleetwood Mac...

If I could turn the page
In time then I'd rearrange just a day or two
Close my, close my, close my eyes

But I couldn't find a way
So I'll settle for one day to believe in you
Tell me, tell me, tell me lies

Tell me lies
Tell me sweet little lies
(Tell me lies, tell me, tell me lies)
Oh, no, no you can't disguise
(You can't disguise, no you can't disguise)
Tell me lies
Tell me sweet little lies

Although I'm not making plans
I hope that you understand there's a reason why
Close your, close your, close your eyes

Enthusiastic crowd, but hard not to notice the rows of empty seats at the back of this Romney rally in Virginia Beach. #2012
— @sppeoples via web

Also, consider this was in butler county Ohio right? Didn't McCain carry that by near 20 points? If he couldn't get a huge crowd there, he would be dead already. But why the need to still drum up support where he is almost guaranteed to win anywys?

Meanwhile, Obama had a rally in Lima Ohio in Allen county. A county he lost to John McCain.

Looks like romeny is playing defense and trying to stop leakage in counties he must win in Ohio!
